Best Price Restaurant and Kitchen Supplies currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Our standard order cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard transit typically takes 4–7 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we send a shipping confirmation email after the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. We may be able to update an address before an order is processed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be redirected.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and provide the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
